Senior Accountant (santa clara)
Looking for experienced Senior Revenue Accountant for SouthBay IT company. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position will play a critical role in supporting the overall development, design and execution of the finance department functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Prepare, review and record complex revenue transactions  Prepare and execute invoice delivery and related follow up  Perform follow up for delinquent corporate accounts receivable, partner with appropriate parties as applicable  Prepare filings relates to both US and International taxes  Prepare and provide analysis for weekly revenues, accounts receivable and collections forecasts  Develop and implement new accounting processes related to revenue and receivables as necessary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required): • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university • International financial experience preferred, but not required • Intermediate knowledge in ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel • General knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint • Preferred certifications: CPA ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION: • Ability to drive a complex processes, including utilizing both manual and advanced technology tools • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Must have excellent attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Must be proactive and able to address issues as they arise • Team player- fully understands the partnership role of a finance organization • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS PLEASE SEND RESUME, SALARY REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT STATUS Compensation: based on experience Principals only.
